How information is disclosed
Information may be processed by service providers that support website hosting, form delivery, email, analytics, advertising measurement and maps. It may also be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights or safety, or complete a business transfer. Nina’s Skincare does not sell appointment-enquiry contact lists for money. Website interaction data processed for advertising may be treated as a “sale” or “sharing” under some state privacy laws, depending on the configuration and applicable law.
Google services
Google services can collect unique identifiers, browser and device details, IP address, referral information, and interactions with website content or ads. Google provides controls for retention, deletion and advertising preferences. Review the Google Privacy Policy and My Ad Center for more information.
Retention and security
Information is retained only for as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain appropriate business records, resolve disputes, protect the website and meet legal obligations. Service providers may apply their own retention settings. Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used, but no website or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices and requests
You may ask to access, correct or delete personal information associated with an enquiry, or object to certain uses, by using the contact page or calling or texting 760-390-3130. Nina’s Skincare may need to verify the request and may retain information when permitted or required by law.
California residents may have additional rights under applicable privacy law, including rights to know, delete, correct, opt out of sale or sharing, limit certain uses of sensitive information, and not be discriminated against for exercising a right. Whether a particular law applies depends on its legal thresholds and exemptions. General information is available from the California Attorney General.
